Banks says test case puts my PPI claim on hold????

Is that right? Surely the test cast in the high court refers to bank charges for overdrafts only and not PPI claims? Is the bank telling pork pies to get rid of me?

Your bank are having a laugh and no mistake. The FSA (Financial Services Authority) waiver states: “We are making this waiver by consent available only to providers of current accounts with overdraft facilities.” This means credit card companies cannot claim immunity from legal action, nor can your bank refuse to deal with your PPI claim.
