Has anyone negotiated with their credit card provider for lower interest? I have about 3k debt on my card at around 17%, always pay above the minimum and always on time. Has anyone any advice how I can improve my interest rate with them?

You can negotiate a lot less than 17%, try going as low as ten. You didn’t say how long you have the card and if you ever defaulted on it but I take it from what you have said that you have a perfect record. Persevere when calling them and ask to speak to the supervisor. It is also important to know exactly what you are paying and what the competition is offering. Do some homework. All the the best.
