i have recieved some court orders to pay the creditors wich i dont have any ways of paying them as i have be come unemployed the bank will take my last wages as i have bank over draft to pay i have aplied for D.R.O. but dont know how long that will take

I suggest you ask the provider of your DRO how long they expect a decision to take. DROs are available from today incase you have yet to apply, you should do so now if that’s the case. Your DRO provider will then contact your creditors if you are eligible to have your debt cleared, putting an end to the matter.
